Shipping policy

PROCESS TIMES - Order before 11.30am for same day delivery to Perth metro for flowers and hampers, flat rate $15. Delivery window 12 till 6.30pm, residential and businesses the hours 12noon till 5 pm.

Australia post-delivery as per time frames. Australia Post plug into the website to determine cost, and Express post is optional, paid by the customer, calculated at checkout. 

Orders over $120.00 are free delivery Perth metro area, by using own in-house courier as a thank-you to our customers

Specific Time frames cannot be guaranteed or given out for delivery for Perth metro.

Australia Post times and courier delays that may occur are beyond our control 

Regional and Interstate orders will be either Australia Post or courier, to be advised shortly

All deliveries must include as much information as possible, name, address and contact number if possible. Business address and name clear or Hospital bed or ward number, please provide for a smooth delivery. An incorrect address will result in a redelivery charge to be paid by the customer.

Hampers with chocolates or perishable items, we cannot take responsibility for weather conditions if the person receiving is not at home.

Orders with alcohol, as this is a gift service, someone must be 18 plus to receive the item, and the driver can ask for a photo ID to verify. Alcohol must be in a gift hamper or purchased as an add-on to an item.

Any orders processed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday next day. However, please call for special requests, and if we can accommodate, we will endeavour to do so for you. Pick Up is also available for Bertram.
