Refund policy

Damaged goods or faulty items must be reported directly to Branched Out WA by email and evidence and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

In the event of damaged goods or faulty goods, the product will be replaced at the discretion of the information provided. The item will be replaced or a gift voucher or credit applied. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Please send photos and information regarding the claim to branchedoutwa@outlook.com

Change of mind cannot be refunded.
